(formerly Chief of the General Staff)
I am very honoured to give my support to the Guards Rally 2011 and help promote the cause of our injured soldiers.
Guardsmen of the Household Division continue to serve with great distinction in Afghanistan and, like all other Regiments of the British Army, they have borne their share of casualties as they carry out their difficult and dangerous work.
It is vital that all service men and women who have given so much to this country and their Regiments know that they and their dependents will be cared for and supported when the need arises. The Guards Rally 2011 goes some way towards providing this support.

(Mayor of London)
The Enduroman Arch to Arc Challenge is a brilliant way to raise funds for the injured soldiers from the Household Division and the Help for Heroes Charity. Initiatives such as yours highlight the bravery and sacrifice of our armed forces and serve as a reminder that they are doing a magnificent job under extreme pressure and that many face a difficult recovery and adjustment process upon returning to civilian life. I wish you every success in completing your challenge and raising awareness and support for this worthy cause!

(Conservative MP for Richmond Park & North Kingston)
This is a fantastic initiative and I hope it raises significant funds for injured soldiers from the Household Division, and the wonderful Help for Heroes Charity. Their sacrifice is immeasurable and they need and deserve maximum support. I wish you the best of luck.

(TV adventurer, travel writer and actor)
I think it is great that the Guards Rally are raising money to support servicemen and women who have been injured whilst serving on active duty. I wish you all the best of luck in getting the record for this huge challenge.
